Monza’s not obviously a circuit that suits us particularly. We've got the penalties as well, so you know that’s obviously a strategic thing as well - take the penalty here rather than in Singapore where we expect to be very competitive, singapore, we can really fight for a podium there.

I think the race went as well as it could and I drove well to finish sixth. The chassis is working better and through the corners we are more or less there; we'll move onto Europe and see if we can get further up the grid and keep improving. The weekend went pretty smooth for me until the end of the race, I don't know what happened, but the team will have a look at it.

The trend now is we're coming stronger and stronger, monaco is for me the best circuit to drive one... there's no circuit on the calendar that gives me that same feeling, that same adrenaline and that feeling of wanting more.

He's beyond any doubt committed to this team for multiple years, he's demonstrated he's got a great amount of natural talent, he can overtake, he can race... everything I've seen of his development so far has impressed me enormously and I think that curve will continue.

It was fun to sort of feel the car for once and actually get to push it properly and I think seventh is good, if you look at the three teams in front of us, they’ve been the ones who have been up there all weekend...so seventh is where we are now and I’m happy we at least achieved that.

Pretty much all the drivers I get on with, at least to say 'Hi' and have a conversation. But when the helmet's on, you don't care who it is. You have no sympathy: someone blows an engine in front of you, if it means you gain a position, then you're smiling.

Formula One was just cool. I loved racing, all types of racing, but from a young age, Formula One was the noise and everything, and that's what I was drawn to.
