All athletes were caught under the IAAF ABP program although, as per IAAF Rules, the cases are sent to the Russian Federation( ARAF) for adjudication, the IAAF is satisfied that we have found aggravating circumstances in all cases, as we requested when referring the case to the Russian authorities.

This decision creates much needed parity and clarity for all athletes as they prepare for the world championships in Doha this September.

Our first priority is to the athletes who have provided the IAAF with information that they believed would be secure and confidential.

Stepanova is now eligible to compete in international competitions as an independent neutral athlete.

Ms Stepanova's participation as a neutral athlete in international competition is still subject to acceptance by the organizer of the competition in question, in accordance with the rules of that competition.

Seb has never denied hearing rumors about corruption. In fact Seb Coe has said on many occasions that when alerted to rumors he asked people to pass them on to the ethics commission to be investigated, you may think this shows a lack of curiosity. The IAAF is in discussion with Nestle concerning the final year of its five-year partnership with IAAF Kids’ Athletics, this has been a successful program with 15 million kids aged 7 to 12 years in 76 countries taking part in fun team activities which promotes a healthy, active life style.

In 2011, there was a huge influx of suspicious profiles coming through the ABP, no cases were concealed or suppressed, the IAAF simply tackled them in order of importance. .

I contacted them earlier this year about the case of some Russian walkers that were competing while they were banned. . Tallent wants drug cheats named and shamed, worrying that if they go unpunished, clean competitors could unfairly be tarred with the same brush.
