As in, I doubt Google is competing for hardware market share with the likes of Apple, Samsung, LG, Huawei, so the Pixel phones will likely continue to serve as a paradigm for OEMs [manufacturers].

I would say I am a little skeptical or wary about how much more market share they can gain in (emerging) markets.
