Nestle's insular, complacent, and bureaucratic organization is overly complex, lethargic, and misses too many trends.

I think the willingness of a number of corporations to cut costs and return capital, and improve and sharpen their strategy and focus on the things they are good at, create a very good backdrop for investors like us, sometimes there are opportunities for us to help the process along a little bit, like we did with Sony and Fanuc.

We like that Fanuc is investing and expanding capacity, but we take great issue with the inefficient balance sheet.

The capacity expansions should not be thought of as an alternative to solving the blatant capital inefficiency of Fanuc.
