Bernard's great strength is that he talks directly to people and he isn't put off (by) the fact that they've got particular opinions that are different from his, the Trumps do get strength from the people feeling that they get ripped off. Bernard agrees with that. But instead of saying the thing to do is to hate Mexicans and to hate Muslims, the thing to do is to create a better society.
