Every person out here has their own opinion on it, for me, I personally don’t think that at this point in time I’m in a place in my career where I can risk things like that. I’m loyal to my family that I’ve created around me with sponsors and everything. And as of right now, the golf world is probably going to change in some capacity.

I made a couple good putts, that was obviously awesome, and I struck it a lot better than I did yesterday, i'm just keeping it in the fairway and making sure I'm hitting the right parts of the greens.

Its just a great test of golf to start out the first round of Masters, and to be honest, its great to sift through some of the really good players and maybe not so great players in this event right now. And look, its not to say they are bad players. Its just its very difficult out there and every aspect of your game has to be on point. So its kind of nice, you can almost break away from the pack if you play well.

On( hole) two I hit the shot out of the rough on the right, and I just didn't feel great after that, i probably overloaded the muscle, my delt( deltoid). And that's something I've got to work on in the future, get it a little stronger so that stuff doesn't happen.

Obviously my iron play is incredible, and when I get going I can get hot, but this course just fits my eye. The shaping of the holes, and just a couple of the doglegs, I'm able to shape shots.

We looked through the book (The Golfing Machine) and worked out what would work where, it was complete experimentation. We finally figured out what worked really well for me and lucky enough that there was a special component called the zero shifting motion where I was able to swing on the same plane. We built the swing around that and built the clubs around that.

Absolutely horrible news today of the deadly car accident involving the University of Southwest golf teams, i want to extend my deepest condolences to the families involved in the tragedy. I know this is absolutely devastating.

I had to kind of throw it out of my head because I had thought about it a couple other times during previous events in the season when I had leads on Sunday.

I want to win Augusta, all the majors, have the career Grand Slam and continue to win events, i've won Arnold Palmer and Jack Nicklaus' event, and that's pretty cool. I want to eventually win [Tiger Woods' Genesis Invitational], and have all three of those. That'd be cool.

It's disgusting the way the guy has tried to knock me down, there's no need for it in the game of golf. For what reason? I don't know. Maybe he's jealous and wants to get part of that PIP money from the tour.

My first impression of him was he was always a little cocky, just a little like, ‘I’m too cool for this game.' That was my first impression, and he's kind of held up those standards so far.
