The conditions got pretty rough there in the middle of the round. The wind got up and I made a few bogeys in a row, sort of said to Rory McIlroy at the turn if I could get back to even par for the day I would be happy.

To birdie the last hole and get back to even par, yeah, it’s nice to finish like that.

But he obviously knew his game was there, and he just had to go out and play the way he knows he can.

He’s won two tournaments in a row. I do n’t care what anyone says. He had that title.

I don’t think it’s going to be perfect, but again, I think it was a prudent move on the tour’s part to try to appease some people that were getting their heads turned by other things.

I think showing a little bit of your personality, you don't have to be putting out 10 social media posts every day, but you can show your personality through your golf game if you want.

As Arnold Palmer said, ‘Every person you meet, look them dead in the eye, give them the time of day.’ If Arnold were still around, he would be No. 1 in that impact program for the next 50 years because of just how he was with people, that's what's popular. It's being engaging. I don't really see anything else.

I'm going to run out of golf balls.

You’re trying to deal with the info that you have at that time, and the info that Patrick had at that time was the ball had n’t bounced and the info that I had at that time was the same, and I went down and on my life, that ball of mine was plugged, it was in its own pitch mark, so I took relief.

I did well. I got off to a great start, 4-under through nine, a little disappointed I did n’t pick up a couple more on the way in, especially with the two par 5s, not picking up any shots there. Yeah, I think anytime you shoot 68 on the South Course here you’ve got to be pretty happy.

He’s never one to miss an opportunity.

Obviously, disappointing not to shoot a good one on Sunday, but it was fine, i learnt quite a bit from it, and hopefully those lessons I can put into practice this week.

Obviously we're going to have to take as many precautions as possible to be able to put tour events on again, but The Tour has got a robust plan in place, and if they can execute The Tour the right way, I see no reason why we can't start on June 11.

Right now, I'm planning to play the first three events, i miss the competition. I miss the buzz of getting into contention and playing in those last few groups on a Sunday and really feeling that.

I get the financial implications for everyone involved, there's a lot that goes into putting on the Ryder Cup that people don't appreciate, but having a Ryder Cup without fans is not a Ryder Cup.

Two of the majors will have already been played, hopefully the Ryder Cup's already been played. People will be in their routine and in the flow a little bit more.

Today's overreaction could look like tomorrow's underreaction.

I'd say last week was a bad top five, i got out early on Thursday morning and shot 66 and then sort of hung on for the rest of the week.

It is an opportunity for sure, i don't think you ever need an extra motivation when you come to this golf tournament but to be the first one to defend here would be very cool.

Once I got out there( last week), that inch difference with the putter moves your eye line and you stop seeing your lines the way you usually do, i saw the tournament through with it. It didn't work quite the way I wanted so... happy to have old faithful back in the bag and it worked well today.
