Looking down the path to recovery and the new school year which starts this fall, all students will have the opportunity to participate in full-day, on-campus, in-person instruction.

Our challenge is convincing families that schools are safe.

We can’t ignore the legitimate concerns and criticisms that students and other members in the school community have about all forms of law enforcement, no person should feel the presence of a safety officer on a campus as an indictment of them or their character.

Make schools a priority and reduce the level of COVID-19 in LA to meet the state requirements.
