We’ve brought some excitement, we’ve united the Carolinas so they can really cheer (together) for one group.

One of the things coach Mike Ditka emphasized to us was to enjoy the moment, the moment doesn't come very often. It's hard. It's hard to get to where we are right now.

Trying to get Josh Norman to do things our way, that was a battle, i ended up having to bench him a couple of times. I might have made a mistake with Josh Norman because I took away a little bit of Josh Norman personality.

It's been interesting to watch him grow, his overall game has truly improved, everything from his mechanics to his mental approach to the game.

What Mike's done is put the decision making process on Cam, he gives him a whole array of plays that once he gets to the line of scrimmage he can pull from.

Let's not forget we're playing a game, sure it's a multi-billion industry, but we got to be aware there is an entertainment element to it.

We’d like to believe we would be a viable option for a lot of (quarterbacks), we understand what the capital will take to bring a type [of] player like that here. We believe we have a lot to offer.

It meant a lot just because of the way these guys fight, in spite of everything that's gone on during the game with the injuries, we were able to come out on top, so good for these guys.

He’s an explosive, dynamic young back, we gave him some opportunities with the first bunch and he did a nice job with that and then when the second bunch was in there he really showed his ability.

Kudos to the players for trying to get as informed and educated on it as much as possible, that’s a good thing. That’s a plus. We’re heading in the right direction. We still have several guys that aren’t and we’ll see what happens, but hopefully we can continue as these guys get more and more comfortable with it.

We’re slowly getting more and more players vaccinated, it’s a choice. They’ve got to make a choice. We’re trying to stress the fact that if we can get to herd immunity we’ll really be able to get out there and enjoy things, so hopefully that’ll happen.

We’re trying to gather as much information and allow the players to get as much information so they can make a choice and make a decision, the big thing is we’ve got to be able to facilitate the opportunity for these guys to understand. There’s a lot of messaging that’s out there that they get off of Twitter and some of it’s good, some of it’s bad.

There are certain things that pop up all of a sudden, side effects that you have: the fatigue, how tired you get; at times you get nauseous; honestly at times sometimes your equilibrium is messed with, almost a sense of vertigo, then the nausea. It hits you at any time, anywhere. (And) the fatigue and going out to practice and stuff, it limited me, and that really bothers me because I can’t really coach the way I coach.
