I think what I would have liked to tell my younger self about my mental health is that there are answers, for me, some of those answers I had to wait years to find and I needed to get different help, which ended up being really the right kind of help.

There’s kind of two sets of opinions on if Amy were to date -- which way we should go, some people think we should go super hunky, really against type from what Sheldon is and from what we think of Amy, but part of me also feels like it's OK to keep it a little bit real in that someone like Amy probably would pursue someone — not that attractive people can't be intellectual — but pursue someone in her field, who generally speaking, might not be that concerned with appearance. It really doesn't matter what I support or believe, the fact that I'm Jewish and go there is enough — that should be alarming to most people.

I was always kind of a school person - my parents were teachers, and my grandparents were immigrants, so their big thing was, 'Go to college, go to college, go to college.'

I'm feeling a whole bunch of regret that I ever took my mask off ever in the world, like even outside, i'm feeling a lot of fear. Why did I ever go out ? Why did I think that anything was fine ever ?

I know that there are people who do not have resources or care, it’s something I’ve been following since the beginning of COVID. I was thinking about all the people with young children, especially single parents, because of this level of exhaustion I cannot imagine needing to care for small children right now. I know that so many people in this world are in that situation, and it's just really devastating to me.

I have COVID, and it’s no joke over here, it's very exhausting, the exhaustion is very special. I had mononucleosis when I was in college and the exhaustion hits like that where you cannot be awake, you can try to be awake but then all of a sudden you need to sleep.

One of the annoying things about COVID is that everybody has the things that you're supposed to do, i've got zinc and magnesium and immune stuff, D3, this insane vitamin C that tastes really bad but that means it's good for you.

I got to meet them when we dedicated the stage and just feel so humbled around them. I want to only honor. You can’t match him, so there’s no need to try, but do it continuously, and have their blessing and feel what they are doing is supporting that legacy.

I think being a female is its own mark, my grandparents were immigrants to this country, so I think for me, being in two generations being a woman and a host in that iconic role blows my mind.

I don't want to get less sharp, but there's a reason why when you see somebody on' Jeopardy' just killing it, they're probably right around 30.
