Machines can't be tempered but the top men controlling all operation can easily be influenced to favour anyone.

Vaccination that can cure the health of the population requires neither publicity/promotion nor be forced upon them for sure; but if still coercion & compulsion done for inoculation, then the administration is headed by evils and ill & side-effects of injection are in store
