It's not unusual for candidates to pivot more toward the center from a primary to a general election strategy, the second you win that primary, you have to change the electorate that you're speaking to, which is more of those classic swing voters.

Two months ago, we would have absolutely waltzed through these places with college-educated suburban White women, because they had no real reason to either break against us or turn out, there's no orange man [ Trump ] -- there was no wedge issue for them.

Our models it would probably change turnout by three points and that might just be it, barring a black swan event in some of those Congressional seats, with a Democrat imploding, a three-point shift [in turnout], is probably untenable.
