As a Michigan Man I know the place our program has in college basketball and I embrace the chance to build onto that history and lead us to championships both in the Big Ten and national level, we will continue to develop young men on the court, in the classroom and in the community that our fan base will continue to be proud of.

We learned a lot (about) who we are, we always talk about Michigan being a family. We’ve been the most connected group this year because of the fact everyone has been supporting each other. When I walk away from this season, and I look back, there’s no reason not to hold your head up high.

He’s everything when it comes to being a Michigan man, what he’s done on the floor, what he’s done off the floor, with his development, growing as a man, being able to adjust to different cultures, it’s going to be tough to replace a guy like that. He’s irreplaceable.
