Deshaun Watson now have obviously at least resolution from the criminal side of it. Obviously there are still civil charges that are going on. So Deshaun Watson investigators hopefully will have access to more information, and that will be helpful obviously in getting to the conclusion of what are the facts and was there a violation of the personal-conduct policy.

Integrity of the game is obviously an important element, just as making sure we have the right culture in our organizations, across the league and at clubs, but we are going to look into that and we will make sure that if there were violations that they wo n’t be tolerated.

If you look what’s happening to ratings around the league, more and more people are watching NFL football because of the quality of the game, we’ve had extraordinary games this year with an extraordinary season, and that content is even more valuable.

Our security team was contacted by the police in Las Vegas just prior to the game saying they would like to meet with Alvin Kamara after the game and our team made sure that Las Vegas happened so our security team did what they were asked to do and accommodated them.

We feel confident with continuing changes and adaptions to our protocols that we can do that.

I think everybody's entirely focused on how do we stay safe, how do we do that in the best possible way, dr. Sills has been consistent, as well as NFLPA medical experts and our independent experts, is the best way to do that is vaccines and boosters. That is not a full-proof mechanism, but it's certainly the best way to do that.

Listen, we’ve raised this the last two years: It’s a challenge, i think the things that made us successful was keeping safety first. Second, being willing to adapt at all times. It’s clear even in the last couple of weeks that the changes are pretty significant and different than they were before, and I think it calls to modifications to our protocols in general, and we’re working with the players association on that.

So much stuff coming out about The NFL being racist, i wonder if anyone tried to warn people about this before ?!

We do think the players and our personnel are safer if they’re vaccinated, i think that’s true throughout our country and throughout our world.

This has been a period of learning. I think its forced us to think differently and innovate, and well look at that and see how we implement it going forward.

I can see potentially a lot of things living from how we did our draft and implementing some of that coming up this year, we spent a lot of time in our collective bargaining agreement talking about how do we do our offseason in a way that promotes the health and safety of our players and also getting into the ramp-up to the season, including training camp period -- we call it the acclimation period -- and how we do that. We had an extended acclimation period because of the lack of time on the field during the offseason.

Our experience with the offseason training and doing that virtually, I think our clubs got comfortable with a lot of that, and I think youll see more of that, which I think will be productive.

Without black players there would be no National Football League, and the protests around the country are emblematic of the centuries of silence, inequality and oppression of black players, coaches, fans and staff.

We expect that next week clubs will be permitted to include members of their coaching staffs among the employees permitted to resume work in the club facility, we are also continuing to work with the (NFL Players Association) on developing protocols that will allow at least some players to return to your facilities on a limited basis prior to the conclusion of the off-season program.
