I don't think there's any doubt that Facebook violated the consent decree. I think the question is, you know, how many violations there are, i think there may be fresh violations.

Everyone expected there would be a substantial civil penalty in this case, there's no question that Facebook is going to have to settle this matter. Investors want this behind them.
