I know my lack of education led to my wrestling career ending, when I had a concussion I would still go out there. Now I know in retrospect it is dangerous not only for me but also my opponent. If I had a headache or felt nausea I shouldn't be out there with my opponent.

Concussion protocol doesn't cover that because sub-concussion doesn't show signs, that's where education comes in. That's where impact performance control comes in. Impacts to the head should be minimized.
