If it was not so ridiculous, it would be laughable what's going on inside, i would consider this. We have people who are elitists, who are part of the ruling class of this country, or pretenders to that throne, who are openly and willingly going out here and telling the American people who have voted for Donald Trump that they're stupid and they don't know any better.

I think his spiritual journey is one where he is internalizing this as he goes forward, i'm very confident that Donald Trump is a person of faith, and I love being around him. In fact, a couple of us there, we often sit down and talk about these very issues with Mr. Trump, so I'm not in any doubt about the depth of Donald Trump's faith.

What Mr. Trump is passing on is what other people are saying about Ted Cruz, the inside the beltway stuff is I think really fascinating, when you start to see the interactions inside the United States Senate, and who is able to get along and who is not. And I think that is where those comments come from.

I work with him. I'm around him. I spend a lot of time with him. He's a person of deep faith. He's just not a person that puts it on his sleeve and enunciates that.

I've gotten to know a lot of great Republicans along the way. Most of them really wanted to help change things, but there was one big hangup in the end: they were all part of the old guard and they don't want things to change, we need a real change. I've gotten to know Donald Trump and was so impressed I wanted to be part of this historic effort.

A lot of the people who are embedded in politics are really starting to pay attention, and they're starting to take this very seriously, they see us with a path to victory.

It's a critical thing because in Iowa the doors close at 7 p.m. and nobody gets in after that. Michael Glassner're in and then Michael Glassner're part of the process.

I do think that this time he is going to have a lot more competition for the votes. I think that Ted Cruz and Rick Santorum are both really jockeying for that hardcore evangelical vote.
