I'm going to do everything in my power as a member of Congress to make sure that we have a new generation of leadership.

I would say we need new leaders in Washington up and down the ballot in the Democratic Party.

I think we need to, you know – obviously a full plan of implementation is yet to be built by HHS. We need to see that plan be built to fully analyze it, but that certainly would never be the intention.
