I'm very sad to hear of his passing, from what I can tell, Mark was a good person.

Based on what we see in this video, it does not look like the officers who fired the fatal shots were in immediate danger of being killed and that there were other alternatives that could have been taken.

I do not have information on other suspects at this time, however this is still an open and active investigation and any information given will (be) looked at by homicide investigators. during the short time I represented Mark, I found him to be a kind and engaging person.
