I think we have a responsibility to be calling out the nature of the choices we made, i mean, we have 10 years under our belt, a lot of us, or 15 years under our belt, so I think that's our responsibility to other women to just sort of say, 'OK, cool, just think about all of this, too.'.

None of us could have pre-supposed 10 years later what we would have felt like going through menopause. None of us could have really honestly understood what it meant physiologically, what it meant hormonally, how we would handle it, how we would handle younger children, how we would handle dying parents or aging parents. I mean, there are serious issues.
