It's more of a matter how you live your life, i hope that people whether they agree or disagree of what I did over the last four years as governor and see even in the most challenging times, I try not to respond. I didn't lash out in anger. I didn't attack people whether you agree or disagree with me.

I walked around our property, where the residence is for the weekend, a good chunk of week at night, I'd be up until almost 10:30 at night walking around, i really wanted it to be my voice. I wanted to have direct conversation with the American people. I was going to ask for their vote. I wanted it to come from me and got rid of the podium, got rid of notes, got rid of a Teleprompter.

For me, the stability that I have, I try to keep a stable balance of life is to not be overwhelmed by the challenges that I face. Certainly, that's a part of who I am. And my belief in Christ, that certainly has an impact. But in terms of specific policy, no, I don't have a list of things that God gives me every morning to accomplish in my elected office. It's more how I act and interact, what I do and how I treat people.

I think it's that bad of a deal, it's a bad deal for us, it's a bad deal for Israel, it's a bad deal for the region, it's not just the starting gun, it will accelerate the nuclear arms race, and it is empowering Iran to do what they're going to do.

When I went to Israel I not only met with Benjamin Netanyahu, I met with (Werner) Herzog and the other leaders. While they have many differences within that country they are very much aligned on their concern about the Iran deal I've talked to others around the country and around the world, this is something where, again, I haven't been briefed for the sake of getting ready for debate, I've been briefed from experts in military and foreign affairs for the last six or seven months to be prepared to be President of the United Sates.

Lifting the sanctions (and) giving them credibility in the world not only emboldens the problems we have in terms of their illicit nuclear infrastructure, but this is the leading state sponsor of terrorism this is a direct threat to Israel.

Because I assure you, the ayatollah -- if the United States arbitrarily and unilaterally kills this -- you're not going to have another negotiation, and they will feel free to go do the very things that this prevents.

Containment was something that might have been good during the Cold War, but we're facing an enemy in radical Islamic terrorism that's willing to take the fight to us and we need to make sure that our men and women in uniform not only have the resources to protect us and keep our country safe, but they need to have the resources to keep themselves safe.

Our reforms offer a hand up to those who need it, so they can get back on their feet through drug treatment and access to employment training.

We need to terminate the bad deal with Iran on Day One, put in place crippling economic sanctions and convince our allies to do the same.

My record shows that I know how to fight and win. Now, more than ever, we need a president who will fight and win for America.

Instead of the top-down, government-knows-best approach we hear from politicians in Washington, we need to build the economy from the ground up in a way that is new and fresh, organic and dynamic.

I don't think a name from the past beats a name from the past. I think you need a name from the future.

The United States needs a foreign policy that puts steel in front of our enemies.

The path for a Republican to win the presidency comes through the Midwest, it comes from Iowa and Wisconsin and Michigan and Ohio and Scott Walker're even going to include Pennsylvania because they're part of the Big Ten.

I realize unlike some out there I didn't inherit fame or fortune from my family, i got a bunch of things that were a whole lot better than that. I got from my parents and my grandparents the belief that if you work hard and you play by the rules, here in America you can do and be anything you want.

I'm a social conservative, as well as economic and fiscal one, so I don't think that the answer is to run away from your position, just make it clear to the American people that this is where you stand.

The President's effort is a political pitch, but the reality is this will lead to lower base pay and benefits and will cut workers' hours and flexibility in the workplace.
