Tiller just comes in hot, he put himself in harm's way so he could use deadly force.

If you look at the (police dashcam) video, it's clear that he didn't follow any proper police procedure.

Zachary, no question, tried to leave. But it's clear he didn't turn to run over Lt. Tiller, but Tiller put himself in a position of danger.

Zachary wasn't fleeing to hurt someone. He was fleeing because someone came at him with a gun.

One of two things happened, the officer negligently thought there was a weapon in the car and there was not or he was angry at Zachary for not following his instructions or that Zachary was trying to flee so he shot him.

The fact that Zachary is white and the police officer is white shouldn't matter, this shooting of an unarmed white teen should matter as much as if it were a black unarmed teen.

Clearly this officer was not in any danger at the time he fired the two shots into the car, of being hit by the car, there was no gun. This officer was not being shot at.
