I get it, but we were all wrong, so, Im sort of out of the guessing business, right? We watched the numbers. We prepare as the numbers drop, so when the number actually hits the threshold, were ready to go. We just finished that. Were in the midst of that with Long Island, Mid-Hudson region, etc. But... I dont want to guess.

You can have a safe gathering of 10 people or you can have a wholly unsafe gathering of 10 people, if you don't have to be with a group of ten people don't be with a group of ten people.

New York followed the presidents agenciesguidance, what New York did was follow what the Republican Administrationsaid to do. Thats not my attempt to politicize it. Its my attempt to depoliticize it. So dont criticize the state for following the presidents policy.

Its a sign that we are making real progress and I feel good about that.

It is the lower income communities, predominantly minorities where we are still seeing an increase in the numbers, the spread is continuing in those communities and that's where the new cases are coming from.

Total hospitalization is down. Good news. Net change is down, intubations is down and new hospitalizations are down, so it's a good day across the plate, the number of deaths are down -- 139. At a different time and place, if I had that news to deliver, that would be incredibly shocking to people. Only in this environment it is not shocking and relative to where we were, it's good news.

If you can have economic activity without a crowd, that's great.

We don't want to see a spike, it depends on how people react and it depends on their personal behavior.
