In a private sector organization, the duffers and bluffers often enjoy and spend a long tenure whereas the talents and diligent employees usually suffer and find it tougher to stay for a long period in the same company. This is partly on account of the reckless attitude & selfish behavior of the mediocre or senior most officers and largely because of the self-centric character of the owner or proprietor or employer.

The word ‘I’ symbolizes own EGO as sage says, ‘YOU’ sounds ADVICE directed towards others and ‘WE’ signifies ACTION as it involves everyone alike; A true leader defines and differentiates oneself from others by often constructive ACTION than ADVICE and the same reflects in one’s language.

An effective way to drive away the negative person from own network is to never like the people’s looks but only positive outlook, and soon the toxic guy feels suffocation for not getting appreciation.

If the deserving employees have to remind the employer about own performance with data & figures to get the pay hike, then it is like a situation where the employer was sleeping while the employees were working.

The dirtiest minds amongst the adult males are perhaps the ones who back-up their support to the women, but back- out seeing when the men are in the same situation.

If a person's post gets support from many or most people in own individual's social media account , then its reason could be any or all of the following : a) He is either an influential and/or has a lot of money. b) It is from a girl or woman called honey c) Host is perceived as duffer or supporters are dummy. d) The thing shared is very common and ordinary e) S/he is made fun or fool by voters being funny

It can easily be seen through experiences that the more a person loves a car or bike, the less s/he has care towards the people. So never go by such people's good words but by their deeds only.

A person who does not mean anything with the said or shared nice words is liked by many people in her/his own individual social media account ,but one who means exactly that s/he says or shares the good thoughts of others is liked by hardly any.

A self-seeker attracts merely opportunity-seekers & blood-suckers around oneself and they arrive often in big numbers and appear also under the disguise of followers and supporters only.

Foolish people support often or always the photo bearing post of the self-seeker or most selfish individual on the social media by insanely thinking that this way they can fulfill via her/his contact or network their own vested-interest desire or wish, but those stupids do not realise that the same self-obsessed person is gonna even one day devour them as a fish or a sweet dish for self benefit or undue profit.

Fools speak energetically and talk enthusiastically amongst themselves only on the topic which the news channels keep force feeding into their mind.

If a person says that the private company appoints justly, appreciates correctly & appraises rightly the performance of its sincere employees, then the people should probe instantly to know his hidden intention, real source of income & importantly how he attained his power, place & position in an organisation.

Love is like an unequal equation between a man and a woman because a man often LOVEs her for liking him but a woman only LIKEs him for loving her.

A book that makes a person to look inside out through own soul is only worth reading, rests all are just crap even if any being adjudged the best-selling.

A horde of people around a person could be anyone except his friends, fans or followers; if they stay in, either online or offline, with him, but do not GENUINELY say or support the truths or facts with him.

A large majority of people will never appreciate a person’s good work no matter how selflessly he does it for others until they see their own benefits only stemming out of his efforts’ results.

A person who speaks out often the thoughts with the word ‘YOU’ seems to be in some sort of baseless hue of superiority that s/he has an authority to give all an advice & they have to think her/him as wise.

A person who steals and gets caught is a THIEF; one who loots ,but does not get noticed to a lot of people is a CHIEF.

A piece of unsolicited humble advice to one who tries to brag the long tenure size with a single organization as his or her loyalty- Request please don’t misguide own conscience and observe the point of view of others who can see it only through their eyes.

A seeker of the material pleasure can never be a true motivational speaker, but only demotivator eventually for s/he can never uplift the morale of the spectators who are economically weaker.
