So companies have to be very schizophrenic. On one hand, they have to maintain continuity of strategy. But they also have to be good at continuously improving.

My stance on the mandate is it definitely shouldn’t be a mandate, it should be everyone’s decision. I see it both ways. If you want to get it because you feel more protected and you feel safer, and it’s protecting people around you, get it. That’s good for you. But if you feel like, ‘Oh, for me, I don’t feel safe getting it,' then don’t get it.

I think we just have such a tight-knit group that does n’t even listen to the noise, i mean, dudes do n’t even pay attention to it. I don't even think( Nikola Jokic) has social media. I do n’t get on social media. So like we do n’t really hear some of the noise, and that helps keep us locked in.

I mean Monte, the last two games the way he’s come up in the clutch in the fourth quarter, that’s so huge for us, i can’t say enough about that dude, just his composure, what he does for our team, it’s pretty amazing. Especially being a backup point guard, he’s stepping up on the biggest stage and showing what he’s capable of.
