It's fine for everybody to take a look at this. Clearly when you lose a 12-year-old, I mean what more can you say about how tragic it is? Imagine how the family feels, the friends of the family. It's as tough a time as you could ever have in life, our hearts go out to all of them. And we're going to keep working to try to improve this overall system.

But once you have economic growth, it is important that we reach out to people who live in the shadows, the people who don't seem to ever think that they get a fair deal. And that includes people in our minority community; that includes people who feel as though they don't have a chance to move up.
