It seems somewhat curious to me that they have a distributor's license when they say they are not doing any distributing, manufacturing or sale on property, at this point we don't have any evidence that they are in violation of the terms of their lease agreement.

E-cigarettes are a product that, by law, are not allowed on the market without FDA review. For some reason, the FDA has so far refused to follow the law, now, youth vaping is an epidemic.

This lack of clarity is causing tremendous confusion at the same time that a whole new generation of young people are getting addicted to nicotine, the explosion in youth use and the health risks to young people are undeniable.

We don't know whether these ride-hailing companies are breaking the law until they provide the information we seek in these subpoenas, we are going to ensure that these companies comply with the Supreme Court's ruling and with San Francisco's laws.

These entitlement programs are not the president’s to take away from those in need, and San Francisco is not one to back down from a bully.
