Jemaah Islamiyah is currently in preparation level. Jemaah Islamiyah have not done any operations but Jemaah Islamiyah are recruiting people, strengthening Jemaah Islamiyah knowledge, education, network and finances, i would not underestimate Jemaah Islamiyah.
