Every day, I hope to do her proud, fittingly, her favorite flowers were forget-me-nots. I hope we can remember my mother's legacy by recommitting to those we serve, whoever and wherever that may be.

For most of my life, it has been my lifeline, a place where I found peace and healing time and time again, it's where I felt closest to my mother and sought solace after she died, and where I knew I had found a soulmate in my wife. And it’s why so much of my work is based there.

Every single one of us has a duty, or at least an opportunity, to get tested ourselves to make it easier for everybody else to get tested, it will undoubtedly save a life or, at the very least, encourage someone who is living in fear to come forward and get to know their own status, which in turn will save a life.

I now put in about half an hour, 45 minutes in the morning when it's like, okay, one of the kids has gone to school, the other one's taking a nap, right ? there's a break in our program.
