My game wasn't where it should have been at all at the start of the year. I got into a couple of bad habits on my swing, and it just took me a little bit of time to get out of them.

The great thing about my two lives is I love them both. I'm very ambitious and nothing gets in the way of me practising and concentrating on winning golf tournaments. But then I come home and get back to normality.

The Olympics will be great for the growth of golf on a global scale, but my focus right now is on being the best player I can be, trying to win Major Championships and contributing to what will hopefully be a victorious European side at the forthcoming Ryder Cup Matches against the USA.

Two years ago, of course, I was just a rookie and listened to everybody. In a way I am still a rookie. I'm only 23 and I'll be surrounded by great players who have played in a lot more Ryder Cups than myself. But the rankings say I am the best player at the moment and so that brings a responsibility.

I wish to clarify that I have absolutely not made a decision regarding my participation in the next Olympics. On a personal level, playing in the Olympics would be a huge honour. However, the Games in Rio are still four years away and I certainly won't be making any decisions with regards to participating any time soon.

On that Sunday of the Masters I remember turning on ESPN to find people talking about me. I switched over to the Golf Channel and people were talking about me. It was hard to escape.

My mom and dad worked very hard to give me the best chance in - not just in golf but in life. You know, I was an only child, you know, my dad worked three jobs at one stage. My mom worked night shifts in a factory.

Rory is a good guy, so I don't mind saying good shot to him, disregarding the situation you're in, that's just a filthy bunker shot, so you just have to go,' hey, that was a sick shot.' It's just part of the game.

I'm not averse to having a chat on the way around, it's fine. It probably keeps both of us a little loose, but you can tell there's moments when to talk, and moments not to. And that was the case today as well.

I feel like it’s getting tougher and tougher to win on the PGA Tour. Just look at the two guys that I played with today. I went out with a lead and had to shoot 8-under par to get the job done. So the depth of talent on this tour is really, really impressive. And going up against guys like J.T. and Tony and coming out on top, that’s something to feel really good about.

Any decision that you make in your life that's purely for money usually doesn't end up going the right way, obviously, money is a deciding factor in a lot of things in this world, but if it's purely for money, it's not, it never seems to go the way you want it to.

I think everyone would love to incorporate some of Tiger Woods ' game into their own. I think that goes without saying. Yeah, he was my inspiration, and I certainly tried to model part of Tiger Woods ' game off him.

I've said this so many times, but from basically March of 2017 fast-forward two years, and he wins the( 2019) Masters and where he was with his body and what he had to do to get back to being somewhat healthy.
