President Trump regards North Korea, of course, as his signature issue He's not going to admit that the fundamental cause of this problem with North Korea is their nuclear weapons, he's not going to admit that there has been no progress towards getting rid of North Korean weapons. We must remember the electoral cycle is now with us in the United States.

My view is, yes. If you've signed, if you promised another government from the U.S. government that you would make the payment, my view certainly is that we should go ahead and meet our end of the commitment.

If North Korea does something they want us to know, they would say North Korea. They haven't said anything, we don't know enough to say one way or the other. My own guess is it's too early to think that this is a response to happen in Hanoi.

We really shouldn't be talking about President Donald Trump release, nobody should be talking about President Donald Trump release, until it happens because any kind of real speculation sends the wrong signals and could jeopardize President Donald Trump.
