Regarding a memorial, we believe the victims and those who acted heroically to save lives, should be memorialized and honored, and we look forward to working with those affected, first responders and community leaders, to determine the most appropriate path forward.

The Federal Court is an appropriate venue for these cases and provides those affected with the opportunity for a timely resolution, years of drawn-out litigation and hearings are not in the best interest of victims, the community and those still healing.
