Right now, there is not a Chinese competitor for in the PC operating system space, is it really in the United States' economic interest to create not only an incentive, but the necessity to go create a Chinese operating system ? Because once it's created, it will compete with us around the world.

We don't provide facial recognition technology today to any federal law enforcement agency and we certainly won't provide facial recognition technology in any scenario that either leads to bias against people, we won't allow our technology to be used in any manner that puts people's fundamental rights at risk.
