I don't think the human rights issue are issues that are of great personal importance to President Trump, he doesn't seem to raise those issues with other leaders, whether it's Turkey, Saudi, Philippines, China.

It is a very deliberate signal both to hint at the extent of U.S. evidence about this hack as well as to put China on notice of the U.S. desire to see China cooperating.
