Stand up for our sick. Stand up for our veterans. Stand up for the elderly. Protect things like Social Security. Stop allowing people to stick their hands in the cookie jar. Create opportunities for people who live in poverty to elevate themselves out of poverty with a hand up, not a hand out. That's what being a Democrat is!

If we de-schedule West Virginia, we take West Virginia out of the hands of Big Pharma. They don't get a say in West Virginia. So let's de-schedule it, and let it go from there, big Pharma.

Big Pharma's everywhere. Our towns, in some areas, look like episodes of The Walking Dead, this is a crisis. Yet we do nothing. We do nothing to Big Pharma.

We did build this country, OK ? The infrastructure that was used to build this country comes from us. When the rich wage war, it's the poor who fight and die, i don't want to have to buy a plane ticket to see a grandchild. And right now that's the reality for West Virginia, and we deserve so much better.

Hillary Clinton came down here and said,' Hey guys, we're gon na give you all job training.' But the jobs don't exist in West Virginia, or they're minimum wage jobs, you can't take a person that's a coal miner making $ 100,000 feeding their family, and tell them now you can go get a job making $ 20,000 or you can move to Colorado. Because that's not acceptable. And that's what she was pushing.
