That is due to other doctors not having the guts to work here due to the nature of the hospital, contagious diseases, and those of us who work here had to stay, I guess, when Mohammad Saber Hotak see a patient dying because of complications or resistance to drugs, it makes me feel sad that I couldn't do anything to treat him or her.
