That's always this question I have been hearing since I got here : What is going to increase Hispanic turnout in Texas ? i think the idea of a white supremacist, in the political environment we're in, specifically targeting a majority Hispanic city like El Paso... is likely to be a pretty good wake-up call. But we'll see.
