The attorney general has made it clear -- through his broad support for sweeping presidential power and authority and his past criticism of the special counsel's inquiry -- that he is not an unbiased participant. It is, therefore, even more urgent that Congress immediately receive the full report and all the underlying documentation and evidence so that we can make our own determinations.
