The Commission decided to contact the Polish authorities to make sure that the proposed interventions are in line with European Union law law. Based on the replies received yesterday from the Polish, The Commission will decide on any further steps.

Indeed the delegation is going to Thailand next week and the delegation will have to come back and make an assessment. I cannot give a time-frame on when that decision will be made.
