The cultural atmosphere, inevitably, permeates our judicial system, and everyone connected to the system - including prosecutors, judges and jurors - inevitably have a greater sensitivity now to sexual assault, it's not a formal difference – the law is unchanged. It's the notion that the law is a human enterprise.
