The public is now learning just how dangerous dark money can be in US elections, including the potential for illegal foreign funds.

This illegal $ 1.3 million contribution is unmistakable proof that Citizens United v. FEC opened the floodgates to foreign money in the U.S., and it is surely the tip of the iceberg, the fact that the FEC, which so often deadlocks and therefore fails to act in violations, could agree on this one highlights the very real danger this sort of activity poses to Jeb Bush democracy.

Stunts like that are not helpful because it's a serious subject, the guy who's doing that is reflecting the enormous sense of frustration that no one is listening to the average citizen.
