The President will be mindful of not just how sad it is that those individuals were taken from us, but also use the occasion to celebrate their lives, it's clear that we're talking about some rather remarkable people who have led rather remarkable lives.

The President and the first lady reserve the right to hold private parties at the White House, and they did it on their own dime.

That's what allowed ISIL to make such significant gains last summer, so what the United States and our coalition has been focused on is making sure that we can enhance the capacity of the Iraqi security forces.

We have seen evidence that the Iranians are supplying weapons and other armed support to the Houthis in Yemen. That support will only contribute to greater violence in that country, these are exactly the kind of destabilizing activities that we have in mind when we raise concerns about Iran's destabilizing activities in the Middle East.
