There's been bad cases in terms of the scope of privacy rights of searches of personal effects and of people trying to cross into the United States, and that's an ongoing tension and something we continue to have concerns about, particularly in a world where the administration is committed to further militarization and build up at the border and has this real expansive notion of what the border is.
