House Bill 99 accomplishes these goals, and I thank the General Assembly for passing this bill to protect Ohio children and teachers, i look forward to signing this important legislation.

In life we make choices, and we don't always know what the outcome is going to be, what this Legislature has done, I've done by signing it, is giving schools an option based on their particular circumstances to make the best decision they can make with the best information they have. That's all any decision-maker can do.

I'm worried about this virus. I'm not looking at what the merits of the case are. It would appear that Joe Biden is going to be the next president of the United States.

This report confirms numerous disturbing allegations regarding Bishop Sycamore. There is no evidence that the ‘ school ’ enrolled students this year, had a physical location for classes to meet, employed teachers, nor offered any academic program meeting minimum standards.

Bishop Sycamore was a way for students to play football against high school teams and potentially increase students ’ prospects of playing football at the collegiate level. The cost of this dream for those students was n’t just the tuition charged to attend Bishop Sycamore. The price was the education students were entitled to receive.

Earlier in the pandemic, our concern was about beds, about space, today, it is about personnel.

I'm not willing to let our employers bear the unemployment debt burden caused by the pandemic. By repaying this loan in full, we ensure that Ohio businesses won't see increases in their federal unemployment payroll taxes, without this added tax burden, our employers can invest more money into their businesses and hire more staff.

Spread is primarily, we're seeing in social situations, family gatherings where people are unmasked, and in close contact and basically let their guard down.

This is an instruction as old as the Bible. You are supposed to love your fellow man and woman, and that is what we are doing.
