We anticipate receiving valuable data from each of these trials that could result in FAA-approved operations in the next few years, integrating unmanned aircraft into our airspace is a big job, and it's one the FAA is determined to get right.

We have tried to be flexible in writing these rules, we want to maintain today's outstanding level of aviation safety without placing an undue regulatory burden on an emerging industry.
