They seem to be setting themselves up for at least being able to meet or beat expectations in the future by addressing it now, the company controlled costs during the quarter and, given a very difficult environment, they are executing well.

Any multinational company in this environment is seeing very little organic revenue growth and revenue growth declines when you account for currency weakness, so you have to find a way to offset that.
