Overwhelmed is an understatement.

There's obviously a lot of emphasis on making that vaccine available as soon as it's authorized. But at the same time, especially with this age group, it's not something that we want to rush, we want to make sure that the providers are comfortable with the product and they've had a chance to really look at the data.

We have been told, because we’ve repeatedly asked, is there any public assistance reimbursement for vaccine-related expenditures? And we have continued to be told no at this time.

There's plenty of confusion to go around.

The states are constantly asking,' Am I getting 5 million doses or 250,000 or 10,000 ?' because that's the key to being able to plan -- they really need to know how much they are getting.
