If you have a problem, if someone's making noise, if something's bothering you, rather than complaining to anybody else, grab a bottle of wine and go knock on their door, and sit down and talk it out.

I walked in and said, 'I have to live here,' i love that feeling of coming through that crazy door, and then looking out and seeing the water, and seeing the other houses, and I liked the scale of the space. It felt super cozy.
