This is based obviously on our numbers dramatically growing, but even more due to the willingness of many individuals to speak out -- to question basic fundamental biases like the check-one-box-only ethnicity questionnaire that we simply can't fill out honestly, to address a lack of accurate media representation amidst a plethora of stereotype, to be bold enough to insist on defining oneself rather than have others outside do it for you.
