Unfortunately, I didn't get a good lap because the tires were not ready. During the second push-lap, I made a mistake out of turn four, where I went a bit too wide and lost the rear, losing quite a lot of time, it's a shame but I can't change any of this now. I look forward to tomorrow, my first ever Formula one race. The car is working well and hopefully we will be able to score some points as we have a good race pace.

I think it's still going to be hard, we need a bit of luck as well for that, but I will give everything. Of course we had some really unlucky results but... they( Ferrari) should have been miles ahead of us over the whole year.

In the coming races we are still going to try things on the car to give us new ideas for next year, not necessarily 2020 parts already, but definitely directions.

I don't mind bumps on a street circuit but some of these are quite severe and more like a jump so the wheels actually come off the ground, this track is also very aggressive on tires so if we can keep them under control then it could be pretty good.

I was trying to follow the Ferrari in front of me and trying to overtake him, this time it caught me out and I'm not happy about that, it's annoying because we could have fought for third today.

Overall, Shanghai provides you with a lot of opportunities to fight and set up overtakes, i'm looking forward to hopefully having an exciting race there.

I know what contract I have. I am very positive also for next year, i am very happy with Red Bull, I know what the perspective is for next year and the years after.

For us it( the first half of the season) is The Ferrari, because we have the 2015 engine so we ca n’t develop the engine as the people can with the 2016 engine.
